"Hotel and staff were wonderful. Easy check in and check out. Great location. Room and bathroom great and clean and all other areas in the hotel. Breakfast was very good. Loved having the slippers too. Only complaint would be that wifi was not very good but would stay again. Thank you."

"The rooms were a bit outdated, but not unclean. There is construction going on in the building next door, so that made for a loud wake up call. Overall, this hotel was worth the price."

"The reception staff spoke little English. Swimming pool was not in use, which was both a surprise and a disappointment. Bar staff were a bit better, and tried hard to please. Parking was adjacent and reasonable, but there was no shade in 36+ degrees of heat. There was an Italian "Saga event with overly loud karioke each night unitl midnight. The hotel did not put those "enjoying" this on the affected side of the hotel, but many were disturbed, which was an issue as we had to be up early. Buffet...
"The front desk on arriving was not super friendly, probably because we had two service dogs with us. They tried to charge us for the service dogs, though that is both against Hotels.com policy and Italian law.
The room was OK, large, with a nice balcony. The shower, though, had mold on the showerhead nozzles.
Breakfast was OK, but limited selection, and again originally an issue with the service dogs being allowed with us into the restaurant. They want us to sit outside!

"The hotel was great from the food to the service. Everyone was very kind and treated us like family. They even picked us up at the train station in Paola and drove us to attractions we wanted to see!
We couldn’t have asked for better service and a better experience.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans on visiting this area with their loved ones. "
