"I will start with all the good first. Elliot at the front desk was so helpful and very pleasant. Gave exceptional customer service. This hotel is a very nice place. Rooms are not the best but i can’t say they are the worst. This hotel faces the Atlantic side of the ocean so it’s not swimmable if this is what you would like to do at this hotel. "Liked it being a small less crowded place. We got ice delivered to the room. There is no beach. The tv didn’t work for the entire stay, the ‘engineer’ checked 2 times and had to contact the IT people. The front desk had implied we didn’t know how to use the remote. Did not see anyone come for housekeeping for our 3 day stay. On the final day kept coming asking when are we leaving so she could check the room, 3 hours before the checkout time. "I liked staying in a studio which had a full kitchen which made it accessible for me to reheat leftovers and make a meal if needed. There was adequate amount of room and pool towels. The only thing missing is a place to hang wet clothes."
