Clean room and convenient parking. Restaurant food was great and wait staff was very helpful.

👍

Clean and spacious room, great location, staff was excellent. Great experience.

Yannick’s place truly surprised us. He thought of every little thing, every detail. Our room had coffee/tea, a welcome board with your name, a welcome snack, some candies, water in the room. There’s also snacks and drinks you can purchase for a fair price. There’s also bathrobes & house slippers should you need them. Very nice and convenient for rail travel.

Very nice rooms, great spa

The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Great location in central Nancy to be able to walk and see the city. Helpful staff and nice rooms. Excellent breakfast with large variety of options.

Very good, quiet, free parking, safe place fitness room, cafeteria.

The location is great -- about 3 minutes walk from the Place Stanislas and a bunch of restaurants. The parking is on-site (well next door). The hotel includes double windows (like at an airport hotel) curling the street noise to a minimum. The only thing not so great was the buffet -- while it was a full buffet -- it did not include silverware or new plates!!! Ok, I understand that Covid is still around, but not providing clean plates is a little strange! Looking forward to stay at this hotel,...

Great hotel like always !! In the center, very clean, friendly staff, amazing bar, swimming pool!

Location and staff were good. Parking was not nearby .

Only problem was that hotel on site parking was not available. Full when I arrived but city underground parking is only 50 meters away and cost 1 Euro more. Excellent Pakistani-Indian restaurant 50 meters away. Walking distance to downtown pld city Metz which is gorgeois.
