"Loved this hotel! Highly recommend!! The location is amazing!! Beautiful rooms and nice bar area. Bathroom was spacious enough. Rooms overall are not huge but very comfortable! We had a great time in Florence and could not believe how walkable the city was given the hotels location!!"

"This should be a 2 star hotel. There is no way this qualifies as a 4 star hotel. There is also no laundry facilities so they lie. Would not recommend. There was also a lot of mosquitoes as well."

"The only positive thing about this hotel was location and AC (that we didn't use much, since it wasn't too hot but it worked) Condition is worse than bad; outlet in the bathrooms loose, mold, no shower gel and shampoo, no hand towels, broken closet's door. Don't count on breakfast: disgusting coffe (it should be a crime in Italy), not enough seats; microwaved bacon. My daughter wanted a tee and she was told to boil the water in the microwave. "En marchant quelques minutes on arrive à la gare de tram pour aller rapidement dans le centre de Florence. Cet hôtel est donc plutôt bien situé hors ZTL, La rue qui passe juste devant est un peu bruyante avec la circulation mais rien de grave. Buffet de petit déjeuner de qualité…mais il fait très chaud dans la salle. Chambre très bien même si la salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement."
