"للاسف الشديد لم اتمكن من الوصول إلى الفندق لاسباب عائلية طارئة. حاولت الاتصال كثيرا لكن لا حياة لمن تنادي. اني انصح كل انسان عاقل بعدم استخدام خدماتكم ابدا.

"Located up a small incline from the port of Split and in an office block are several levels of apartments run by different companies. Seascape is on the top floor and provided panoramic views of the old town,Riva(esplanade) and port. The reception and cleaning staff are first class. The room is impressive and all just a short walking distance to Old town and Docletians palace. A small cafe is located on the bottom floor and a small supermarket behind the building for all your needs."
"Comes highly recommended.
Right in the centre of Split with a sunny balcony to relax on.
Super clean and attention to detail impressive.
Thanks to Toni for carrying our cases up and down the stairs."
"Excellent location right in the heart of old town. Has an elevator, very clean and spacious room and bathroom, which is very rare in Europe. No breakfast at hotel but a great coffee shop two steps outside the door. The two ladies at front desk, extremely sweet and helpful with arranging excursions and airport transfer! Thank you for a great stay, definitely recommend this hotel!"
"Ok so lots of things I like about this property and have stayed here before but things that need improved.
Great location in the heart of Riva but on the outer edge, so parking a scooter is easy. Waterfront 2-5 mins walk. Most properties in Riva don't have elevators and you have to carry your luggage up several flights of narrow stairs. This property has an elevator but it shakes a little and needs maintenance. Never met anyone at the front desk from Prima Luce, and was able to check in with...
"Wir waren im Sommer dort. Die Lage ist sehr zentral (5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, 5 Minuten ins Zentrum, 5 Minuten zum Strand). Das Zimmer war sauber und schön. Die Rezeptionisten waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders in Erinnerung geblieben ist Marija. Jeden Morgen zauberte sie ein leckeres Frühstück mit frischen Eierspeisen und Crêpes."
"I loved how quaint the room was,it was very quite and peaceful but that could be down to time of year I went, very accessible to the Riva and main tourist attractions, felt very safe wandering the little streets around the hotel, room very clean and cosy"
"Loved the rooftop pool and the free parking and breakfast. The room was a little dirty when I checked in - hair on the bathroom floor and next to the bed."
"Great location to walk to everything. The staff was great and helpful with restaurants recommendations. Hotel was quiet and the room spacious and well appointed."
