"Beautiful resort with lots to offer- including a good variety of restaurants and lots of entertainment through out the day and evening. Staff members were all very friendly and informative with any questions we had!"

"We had a great time. A special shout out to Debbie from the restaurant, Chef Deonn, Chef Michael. Emani at the front desk, Wendy who works in the kitchen, Mary D, Gania from the restaurant. Those employees truly went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay a memorable. My only concern was the number of mosquitos in the kids water park area. This needs to be addressed at the soonest."

"The restaurants on the property are the best kept places! The staff gave a lot of incorrect information, the supervisor Omega is extremely rude and nasty…don’t know how to speak to people respectfully! Kayshia was extremely polite, helpful, apologetic and truly goes above and beyond…all the staff with the exception of 1 was very friendly. Housekeeping was supposed to clean my room daily, it was never cleaned in 5 days! I was supposed to have 2 butlers, I had one part time butler…when Kayshia was...

"I went to do excursions came back left some money in my pocket when I went to go look for it the money was gone"

"We had a cottage by the beach and it was perfect. Out your door and 15 steps later u are on the beach with ur own private umbrella and lounge chairs. The staff was super friendly and made our trip a pure pleasure. I highly recommend this resort!"

"The most tranquil place I’ve ever visited. The hotel was on my sister’s mandatory must see and experience vacations. It was more than we ever imagined. The bungalow is so nice and relaxing. The shower was such a vibe. Honestly I don’t have any complaints. St. Lucia is an absolutely breathtaking island."

"Wow! Do not hesitate to book:) I went with my mom:) they offered golf carts everywhere to get around. Staff is priceless- kindest people on Earth. Food is delicious if you want to stay in a meal! We are already planning our trip back. Amd extra thanks to our new friend Teddy:) . Suites are HUGE. I cannot say enough❤️"

"Great vacation with excellent location, staff, activities and food. The rooms without air-conditioning were a bit uncomfortable at times during peak October heat indexes ranging up to 100 F during the day so consider aiming for a room with air conditioning if travelling during hot and humid months. Would recommend and will even try to return at some point!"

"The room was clean and had beautiful views, the staff were helpful and mostly friendly! The included breakfast was not very impressive and the amount of birds flying around you while you are trying to eat your food or the birds eating off things at the buffet was not great. We tried to eat as fast as possible. Overall the views and the access to the beach is the reason why you stay here, truly gorgeous! You can also order food from anywhere on property which is pretty convenient, however it ...

"Amazing!!!"

"We had a wonderful one night at this hotel despite a massive rain storm coming through st Lucia that evening. The hotel can be found"

"This is a beautiful property and the staff is amazing. Rooms are well kept and that outside shower make the experience that much better. Hotel amenities well kept and have a personal touch. You feel as if you where at your own home. Food was excellent"

"This review was for the bay gardens beach resort, as Sapphire was not opened when we went at the end of May/June. When we booked in Nov the previous year, it was supposed to open in Jan. When we checked directly with the resort in Apr, 6 weeks before our arrival, they further confirmed our room would be available. 3 weeks later, they said it would not be open and put us in 2 rooms at bay gardens. Judging by the construction and pace of work, it would be shocking if it will be opened before July...

"We really enjoyed our stay - the property was pristine, well maintained pool and grounds, spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated! I was very impressed with everything and highly recommend! The host and staff were very professional and responsive."
