"good overall"

"Location was good. Close to Mumbai Central and small shops. Decent hotel compared to other hotels in the same area. Room were a bit small. Bathroom was ok however I do not prefer Shower in a bath tub. There was hot water. The hotel needs to be renovated. Front foyer is very small and not much room to move when there is a lot of guest waiting around. Be aware of the taxi drivers parked at the front of the hotel. Do not trust them. Take a Uber instead however if you do book a taxi driver...

The hotel has a vibrant, contemporary atmosphere, with well-appointed, impeccably clean rooms and thoughtfully maintained spaces. Everything feels fresh, comfortable, and inviting. Its central location is a tremendous advantage, offering excellent connectivity and easy access to different parts of...

"The staff overall was exceptional and very helpful and courteous especially Pankaj at the concierge"

"They have smoke alarm on ceiling which blinks every 15 seconds. Imagine going to sleep with that in your eyes. Air in India is not good so windows are never open of course. But room should have air purifier or humidifier"

"االموقع ممتاز يحتاج فقط تنوع بالطعام والخدمه ممتازةا"

"The smell in the hotel was overwhelming, like they were covering up a different odor. My room did not look remodeled as shown in the pics, but they did have remodeling in progress on the floors above me. I ordered room service on the 2nd night. The food was good but the bellman was less than hospitable and mocked my choices of food and movie that I had on the tv. Stayed for 2 nights, and when my colleagues arrived on the third night, they did not want to stay there. We had a corporate catering...
