"This is such an old building. The strong stench in the hallway of mold and cigarettes. Furniture in rooms is so old, window curtains are stained and the beds are very uncomfortable. The dining hall has dated and dirty furniture. "

"We had 3 beautiful bungalows with seaview, nice breakfast, friendly staff, amazing swimming pool. For a four star hotel the rooms could be in better shape, they need a renovation. Weren't very clean either. Hairdryer didn't work in room 22, shower leaking, dirty and no hot water in room 21 and the main light switch does not work. The AC doesn't turn off. Could be better. "

"Room had problems. Paint chipping from furniture with mold in bathroom seals where friendly staff worked hard to keep it cleand. Restaurant furniture was very old, cracked, broken covering, food served at buffet was cold. Simply had to look for napkins/tissue papers where staff did not care about guest Hotel definitely not 5 star. Will not stay there in future"

"Booked 4 rooms for 3 nights. pre-paid and 1 room for 4 nights. One guest who arrived early had to move rooms because of condition of 1st, then the hotel boiler failed resulting in loss of hot water throughout hotel and restaurant was temporary pending refurb. The rest of us didnt even bother going and we all moved to the excellent Melia for our extended stay."
