"Not the first time we have stayed in the resort but our first time at Los Zocos. The complex was so much bigger than we thought but not overwhelmingly big. Breakfast was very good with large choice of hot and cold food. We were suprised how spacious the room was with large bed,bathroom and small kitchenette. "Room we had overlooked the pool and had a separate living room/bedroom/kitchen and bathroom which we felt was the best accomodation we have had from our many stays in lanzarote .I felt the food was not a 4 star standard ,chicken wings and drumsticks mainly only once chicken breast.A lot of pork and fish and a distinct lack of labelling of the food."

"Very friendly and welcoming when we arrived, we were given a choice of room. Room was comfortable and clean and had an amazing view. Staff all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Jon in the restaurant was really excellent!"

"Accommodation was well maintained and clean. Ther is no onsite manager an entry is by keypad. I did not receive the code for the property 48 hours before check in. So I emailed CIH. Despite having booked and paid in full on Expedia I was told I must pay a local charge and the cleaning fee before being given the code to access the property. This felt like a scam. I contacted Expedia and eventually was advised to pay the extra (250 euro). The property is great but beware the extra charges."
