"The rooms were quite small with a dated feel, and the corridors with bleach stained carpets etc wasn’t great. But perfectly functional. The downstairs and lobby area was perfectly fine - nice, in fact, with friendly staff. The spa is a nice touch - spacious and nice facilities. So, lovely downstairs, not so lovely upstairs, I suppose."
"Es war wirklich ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem ganz besonderen Hotel. Ideal in der Altstadt gelegen mit wunderbarem Frühstück und allen erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten. Ein wahrer kleiner Geheimtipp."
"We had a wonderful stay at the Metropol Spa Hotel in Tallinn! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, making it easy to explore the beautiful city. Everything was convenient, and it was the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tallinn. Would happily stay again!"
"What an absolutely beautiful hotel. It was right outside of Old Town Tallinn and in the newer part of the city. So many shopping and restaurant options nearby. We walked to and from Terminal D and just about the entire time we were there. We would absolutely stay here again in the future."
"Excellent location on the edge of Tallinn's Old Town, with several other amenities (such as Solaris shopping centre and cinemas) a short walk away. Tram T4 provides direct access to/from the airport.
Clean, well appointed room and bathroom. Management might consider replacing mattresses rather than using toppers (my only complaint).
Very helpful reception and other staff. Great breakfast. Very cosy and convenient bar.
A very enjoyable stay. I would happily stay again."
"Super noisy in the corridors and neighbouring bedrooms through the night. Poor facilities in hotel and hotel reception wasn’t staffed at some points with queues if people in the busy reception area with nobody present to answer queries. Room standard was good but would not stay here again."
"Lage top, Frühstück total überfüllt und so angeordnet, dass man keine Chance hat, Kaffee oder Toast zu bekommen, Auswahl übersichtlich. Zimmer sehr klein, sauber aber stank extrem nach Abfluss. Sehr hellhörig, man hört wirklich alles. Total verwinkelt, man braucht fast einen Kompass, um sich zurecht zu finden."
"This is such a lovely old hotel in the old town, so it’s a great location to all the sites and walkable to other areas as well (including the ferry, which is very convenient). The staff are friendly and helpful - they suggested gluten-free cafes and restaurants and arranged a day trip for us too. The rooms are unique and full of character and charm. I’d really like to return here soon too!"
