"Extremely disappointing for a four-star hotel.
The condition of this hotel was nowhere near what we would expect from a four-star property. Our room smelled strongly of mould and had visible mould and mildew, which we photographed. It was also dirty, there were bugs in the shower, and our room had huge cobwebs throughout the ceilings as well as on the baseboards and furniture.
The basic amenities were equally poor: the water pressure was so bad that we could not take a proper shower, the hair...

"The staff was very nice. Location was great, however the grounds are quite old, exterior needs some TLC. A small section of the beach is for this hotel. If you miss the lunch hours, you have to walk into town for a bite to eat. They do not have ironing boards, you must give them items for ironing, at a cost, but it is quick at least."

"Hotel situato a pochissimi passi dal mare, in una posizione strategica per spostarsi nelle meravigliose spiagge della Costa Smeralda. Personale meraviglioso (in particolare Marta alla reception che è stata super disponibile e gentile) camere pulitissime (solo un po’ piccoline!) e colazione ottima.
