"We've stayed here many times. It's a nice, clean and quiet hotel, has an excellent breakfast buffet and is right next to the mall. Free parking just outside or at the SM garage. The only problem we had this time was a foul septic or sewer gas odor that came from the bathroom and affected the entire room. We reported it the first evening but the guy just sprayed lysol. It woke us up at 0100 the second night. I suspected it was coming up from one of the drains so I ran the water until morning to...

"The hotel itself is ok but the buffet breakfast Was not very good at all. The gym was closed due to all the rain apparently and that was the main reason I booked that hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was the best part for me."

"Everything in the hotel is worth five stars"

"Rooms are clean and well appointed. I found the pillows too hard, but that just might be me. The staff are exceptional here....best you could ask for. The hotel is in a good position, reasonably close to SM Clark and the entertainment area, yet far enough away to be reasonably peaceful. The pool was great and kept very clean, meals were good and reasonably priced. I wanted to use the gym byt unfortunately the main piece of equipment was not in working order. I will be staying at Savannah again...

"Main problem is that no receptionist at the time of our check in - it’s the cleaner who accepted us and checked in we used online so right away impression is no good - one person cleaning and receptionist - not enough staff so you need to go front desk to ask and nobody coz nobody is in charge ; front door is locked out so stayed long just to get in - room is ok and as is what is shown online great , but no cookware in the kitchen and was given a rusty pan that it’s health risk ; help to clean...

"今回で宿泊するのは4回目で、スタッフは我が家に帰ってきたと思わせてくれるほどフレンドリーでした。 立地はレッドストリートの近くでありながら、静かなら場所にあります。 次回も宿泊したいと思います。"

"Hotel looked great upon arrival. After check in we noticed the phone inside the room was not working. Next no Internet wifi was available. Contacted front desk which brought a portable wifi unit which also did not work. Front desk tried to double charge us at check in. Next we went to the hotel cafa, only to learn more then half the items listed on menu were not available. The roof side pool was closed due to green water because they did not have chemicals onsite to treat it. Finally, the staff...

"Margarita Station Restaurant moved way down the street, so easy Great Food is Much more limited. The management is a bit out of touch with giving discounts unless Management Approves, so be sure to Pre Book with Orbitz.com or the likes; to get the Best Pricing !
