"Wir hatten kurzfristig eine Übernachtung gebucht. Leider war in unserem Zimmer die Bettwäsche stark eingerissen, das Bettlaken hatte Löcher und die Dusche (in der Badewanne) war undicht, so dass das Badezimmer unter Wasser stand. Extrem in die Jahre gekommen und das Personal am nächsten Morgen war absolut unverschämt, schaute sich die Fotos zu den Mängeln noch nicht mal an. Einfach eine Service Wüste, in einem in die Jahre gekommenen Hotel. Ich buche es nicht nochmal."

"The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is right next to the train station and yet not noisy, at least in the rooms facing the courtyard. Tramways are accessible from there to any destination. Their efforts to make it sustainable can also be praised, with a free refill of excellent mineral water when bringing one's bottle.
Yet, overall, this hotel is overpriced. The rooms are not particularly large, and the breakfast is good but not exceptional. The main issue was their A/C, which...
