We were surprised that the bar closed by ten at night, which seemed too early. Otherwise, this hotel made our time in the capital extremely enjoyable."

Staff helpful but hotel sparing on extras, like a kettle or coffeemaker in room. Room had stale smell of cigarette smoke. A/c good. Breakfast good but not real dairy in coffeemaker. Comfortable room except for stale smoke smell. Window opens. Quiet, at least on mountain/field side."
