"Beside the buffet, there were only two additional restaurants, and one of them was closed the whole weekend"

"Servicio excelente!"

"VIP membership benefits like late check our were not awarded"

"Me sentí muy a gusto desde que llegué. El personal muy atento, el desayuno rico y de todo para escoger. Las chicas del área del desayuno súper amables, muy complacientes. La habitación Rosany la limpiaba todos los días y siempre atenta a todo lo que necesitáramos. En el estacionamiento el guardia de seguridad siempre pendiente, nos sentimos muy seguros. Tiene piscina, gimnasio y áreas bonitas . Nos encantó nuestra estancia. Queremos volver"

"This property is excellent! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Luiyi went above and beyond to arrange my pick up at the airport. The breakfast was amazing! The food was excellent at the restaurant. I highly"

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was super clean, and the staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was the highlight of our day and the meal we looked forward to most every morning. Special shout-out to Edgar at the bar for making amazing cocktails! We’d happily stay here again. Don't hesitate booking!"

"Overall a very nice holiday. What was very disappointing is that the pools are only open for a certain time. They claim to have 8 restaurants, we were there for a week and were only able to book 2. We were expecting to be able to try all of them, so that was very sad. The staff were mostly friendly, but not always in the mood to serve. The water from the ocean was not nice at all! Very dirty. The pools were very clean though."

"It was ok"

"What was unique about the property was it was a very old building but beautifully updated. The staff was nice and very friendly. It was in a good location for walking around in the colonial district. Would I stay here again yes I would."

"El Hotel está descuidado, las áreas comunes se encuentran en mal estado y con aparente falta de higiene y mantenimiento. El desayuno estuvo bien, pero super básico."

"I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place is quiet, clean, and well-organized. The pool at the back is a great place to relax — it's in a covered backyard area with a canopy, perfect for unwinding. Having the whole apartment to yourself is a big plus: you can buy groceries and cook your own meals, like breakfast. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind — always available whenever I needed anything. I definitely want to come back to this place and I highly recommend it to...

"Nice and clean. Beautiful property and the staff was very helpful. Excellent management"

"Something very very strange is happening at this property. Go look at another guest’s review on bookingdotcom. I’ll spare the details, but to say when we showed up with two reservations they couldn’t find either. They eventually got us our rooms but then asked if we were staying one night. No, 4. The next day they asked one of us to voluntarily downgrade from a two bedroom suite to a 1 bedroom with no compensation because they double booked. We said no. We were told now they’re in trouble with...
