"The people at the check in desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable, the bed was extremely comfortable. The only thing I noticed was a smell in the room that smelled like dirty carpet but it didn't affect our comfort. Everyone was very friendly and helpful."

Person in back for a couple minutes before coming to waited on guest. The service to the guest at Bally's has always been great when I was visiting."
