"There’s a lady that works at the front desk. He’s passive aggressive, nitpicky, and works hard to make sure customers don’t feel comfortable or safe. I would recommend that the company disregard her contract and make sure that she does not work ever again in the hospitality industry, she has caused me to go through great lens to make sure no one feels disrespected and that same way again."

"The stay was comfortable but i would say no better than a travel lodge in the UK. I am extremely dissapointed about the hidden charges bill that I was thrown at when I went to check in I feel I should have been informed that even though I had selected the breakfast option while booking I was not paying for it at that time and will have to pay at check in. this is a flaw in hotels.com to trap customers with cheaper upfront payment.
