"The room was a small cell! The hair dryer was a toy. The mini refrigerator was on an angle since the cord couldn’t reach the wall otherwise. But the biggest issue was the A/C didn’t work and the room was uncomfortably hot— and although the window opened it was really really noisy outside late into the night."
"It is literally 7 min from the airport by their shuttle which runs every 20-30 min from arrival 1
Very friendly staff.
Amazing location as the train in the airport can take you anywhere you want
There is 24/7 receptionists
They also have fondue in their restaurant
They provide a cattle for hot water in the room which is not common in Switzerland
I really liked it in so many ways! Will be back for sure"
"This hotel is great for business travelers that want a hotel that is close to the airport and also conveniently situated to affordable dining options - Subway, McDonalds and a great coffee shop, are all within walking distance. Despite closeness to the airport, the hotel is very quiet. It also has a fitness room and a spa for the more health conscious traveler. The room rates are very reasonable."
"Lovely hotel in nice location. The staff were super friendly and the food and drinks were nice.
Great hotel for a stay in Winterthur - close to station."
"Not only the hotel is in pristine physical conditions, more impressive and important is the personalized tailored service provided at all times by the entire staff, especially Brigette and Isaac. Kudos!
Highly recommended!"
