"Nice locations. Near the train station and tram spot within a 5 minute walk. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The on site restaurant was quite good as well. Check in was easy and they have AC which was great as the weather was unseasonably warm. The only down side was noise. Wanting to stay in a hotel a bit outside the busy areas in a quieter neighbourhood so it would be less noisy didn’t work out. "Great location and lovely staff. Apartment was just the job for our Edinburgh stay. Clean and tidy enough with everything we needed. Did get very warm inside and the walls are quite thin so if you’re a light sleeper you’ll need ear plugs. Car park underground is handy and safe. Does have a lot of pigeons nesting there so if you want too avoid getting too much bird poop on your paintwork be careful where you park or take a car cover."

"Well built modern hotel directly across from Wavery Train station… best location ever! Made it easy to do day trips from here. Rooms are beautiful but small. Nice having snacks and drinks for free as well as a nice coffee/tea set up. Breakfast was lovely. Highly recommend !"

"Clean room, comfy beds, safe location within walking distance to most major sites and restaurants. My 3 daughters and I just used our room as a place to sleep and shower, as we were in the city most of the day. No one-site parking. We used the Omni parking garage and walked uphill to our hotel. Breakfast buffet was worth the price paid for it. We would recommend this hotel for any family staying in Edinburgh."

Waitstaff very nice but not well coordinated. TV and wifi good. Getting TV booted to news required a maze of clicks, and was slow to load.concierge very helpful"
