"Great property, well maintained, new furniture. Good facilities, gym, pool, on-site restaurant. Staff was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly! Great location, too, right in front of the beach. Very clean room, bathroom, bedding, towels. Room has balcony with ocean view. Convenient transportation. Everything functional. A great stay overall!"
"Our room was far from comfortable. Very old, Nothing seems cleaned. The shower backed up and started filling the shower floor. Unfortunately we were not impressed with our stay. the surrounding property is obviously very nice but front desk is less than helpful and all the restaurants around are terrible and over priced. The best thing was the bellboys helping us with our luggage. Thank you to them! The lady at the front desk with glasses is rude. Breakfast buffet is displayed nicely but...
"I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive.
During my stay, I had a minor accident that was unexpected and honestly left me feeling a little shaken. What really stood out to me was how quickly the staff noticed that I needed help and how genuinely concerned they were. They went out of their way to make sure I was okay and comfortable. Their kindness and personal attention meant a lot to me, especially...
"My family and I stayed here during our first trip to the country, and overall, we had a very enjoyable and pleasant experience.
The staff were excellent, friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spacious, neat, tidy and clean, and we were very happy with the accommodation.
There are just a couple of areas that could make the experience even better.
Firstly, it would be great if the air conditioning and fridge could remain on without needing the room key...
"Everything was great except, it is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel and people were smoking around us and our room smelled very bad and all of our clothes. I went to the front desk and they just said the people are checking out today. The next group that checked in also was smoking. I asked them to wash our clothes and they refused."
"Good location with 1 minutes to the beach. The front street reaches straight to the Dragon Bridge with a 20-minute walk or a taxi in 3 minutes. Han Market is not too far from the bridge. The breakfast is so amazing. There is a lot of choice of food. Serve a hot meal of Western and Vietnamese foods. They gave a free room upgrade. I will be back next time."
"Room looked different from pictures on website. Looked not well kept. Public restrooms behind the lobby were run down. It seems the hotel was not organized. We were there one hour after check-in time and still had to wait more than half an hour for the room to be ready. The facility looks like it is in the process of renovation."
"For a relaxed stay, this hotel is great. Room is clean and big even for two people. Comfy bed. Cable TV to watch English channels.
4 stars on two things.
Partial ocean view facing south is very nice but you can't see sunrise from there. Even location on beach is skewed because of the peninsula blocking the horizon.
Shower is indeed a bit awkward with shower water spilling into washroom area. Floor towel is.ptivivided so mngeble4. However, housekeeping forgot to provide it twice during my...
