Beautiful park with walks and waterfalls with a feeling of seclusion for a perfect romantic getaway. Woodland spa suite with the hot tub was amazing and we cannot recommend it enough.

stayed here for work, only room left available was a "superior suite" arrived at the property which is in a very remote area (which was nice but also left nothing to do) checked in to find my "suite" had been forcibly downgraded to a twin room, after i'd checked in i went straight for dinner because the restaurant was due to close at 9pm (food was very average as well, i'm 1/4 Italian and the italian cuisine here was tasteless and small im portion size, very...

The staff are young and on top of their job and very polite and helpful
The restaurant is well decorated and comfortable as is the bar and lounge
The food is very well prepared and tasty
Our room was well looked after by the staff as we were there for 3 nights

"Very nice spot to set up your base while exploring north wales. As a word of caution: its very convenient location to the bus and train service is a huge plus, but the actual train and bus service in this region is quite unreliable. I was able to make due but there were a few times I had to wait upwards of 2-3 hours for trains to return back to betwy y coed after a long hike so you may want to consider renting a car if you're exploring many parts of the region, but it is still very accessible...

"Lovely hotel with an enviable location and an amazing view. Staff were very friendly and helpful with a good evening menu and a lovely Welsh breakfast. The bedroom was clean and tidy, the only downside was I couldn’t get the radiator to work"
"Highly recommended. Well-equipped room. Spotlessly clean. Only (very) minor drawback was the narrow staircase to the second floor. Staff members were super helpful - I only regret not sampling the Welsh traditional breakfast!!
