"The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was a little tired and needed a bit of a refurb. Breakfast was good but the Japanese pancakes were not light and fluffy. More like a cake bread roll. Parking was opposite hotel and there was room to park the car when we got there. Staff were attentive, polite and friendly."
"Lovely apartment, could do with being a little clearer about where to check in prior to the visit but the staff were helpful. Got charged an extra £50 on arrival which I thought was a security deposit but has actually been taken from my account with no explanation "
"Master bedroom was spacious with a balcony to the lake view. Although other two rooms are slightly smaller. But it’s a family friendly property. I couldn’t open gate for Juliet balcony not sure if it’s not working.
There is a big Asda supermarket nearby for Amy groceries and fuel. Plenty of crockeries in kitchen with all major appliances.
I feel in extreme heat, property gets heated up and maybe host should make a few fans available for next time.

"The property was well appointed beds very comfy, the whole property was well finished, my only constructive criticism are 2 fold, 1 you need to invest in bath sheets and not towels for tte bigger person like myself and 2nd please ask BT for booster discs they are free of charge it would help boost the signal in the up stairs bedroom"
