"Staff were outstanding, so polite and helpful.
We had the early bird evening meal, which was beautiful and very reasonable in price.
We stayed in a woodland escape cabin with a hot tub.
It was clean and well dressed.
Hot tub was preheated with fresh water.
Will 100% be staying again."
"It was great except pillows were not comfortable too hard ,
And the bed mattress was not 1 peace it was attached in the middle .
Everything else was great and we had a great stay there and definitely we will come back and also recommend it to our friends ."
"The views are excellent- Staff very welcoming and friendly.
Rooms very comfortable but warning of some sloping ceilings!
Amenities very good - good value for money.
Breakfast very good.
Good choice menu in the evening but disappointed that apple and blackberry pie not available for 4 nights of our stay!
Dog friendly - which is great for dog owners but personally - I wasnt so happy re a couple with 2 big dogs being allowed into the dining room in the evening."
"It is an old Hotel but it is well maintained
The staff are young and on top of their job and very polite and helpful
The restaurant is well decorated and comfortable as is the bar and lounge
The food is very well prepared and tasty
Our room was well looked after by the staff as we were there for 3 nights
All in All no complaints at all"
"Lovely hotel with an enviable location and an amazing view. Staff were very friendly and helpful with a good evening menu and a lovely Welsh breakfast. The bedroom was clean and tidy, the only downside was I couldn’t get the radiator to work"
"Amazing value, huge en-suite room with adjoining living room with large smart TV, kitchen area and loungers. We even had sea views from two windows. All within the walled town a stones throw from the castle. Best value o have ever had with Expedia. Well done Sue, you should put your prices up!"
"The room was clean and tidy and very pleasant. The staff were very helpful, kind and cheerful.
Breakfast provided a good choice of cereals and a variety of hot breakfasts."
