"Nothing has changed at this hotel for many years. Unhelpful staff from check in. Bar closed and just said plenty of others to visit in town."

"Great place to stay"

"Friendly hotel, helpful staff and great food. I'll be back."

"Unfortunately the pool is still out of action but that aside it was a good stay. Very helpful staff very clean and comfortable room, good breakfasts, jams at the toast area gets messy and sticky perhaps a re-think needed there, parking excellent. "Always a wonderful place to stay in South Wales."

"Check in and out was very easy. The rooms are large. The beds are huge. The only issue is there is no parking and the car park operated nearby is expensive for 24 hours and we stayed for two nights. "The room was perfect. So clean and nicely decorated. Everything you needed there. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend"
