The local shops were 1 min around the corner, with a well stocked IGA, a fabulous coffee shop attached to a very popular cafe/restaurant. Coffee was excellent and the staff were exceptionally nice. Only a very short walk down the hill to the esplanade around the bay, and then easy access to a beautiful sandy beach that provided a fabulous early morning or evening walk around the waterfront. "Very dissapointing, especially for tourist from overseas. - 3rd bed not made inspite of additional $$$ charged for the 3rd person. Apparently linen for 3rd person must be requested via email. - 3rd bedroom lamp is busted. Kitchen dangling light is busted - The color of the water from the tap is rusty yellow. Very basic,should have been disclosed. - Some fork and spoon had food smudges so we need to wash before using - Lost water on the 2nd day (starts 7am). So we're not able to shower on...

"Perfect property. Perfect Location. Everything we needed was supplied. Maybe a couple of extra firelighters and kindling but we managed. So clean and new. Close to beach, jetty, shops and Freycinet NP. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay at Coles Bay"
