"Four-star it is not. Have stayed here many times before but won't be staying here again uless there is a dramatic improvement. Would have hoped, having re-opened after a long closure to paying guests, that basic decor would have been refreshed and standards maintained. Instead, tired decor, worn carpets, a musty smell in corridors, and an expectation of DIY - rooms not cleaned unless requested, no hotel information in room, no water or even glasses in room...
