"The property has been restored and the bars restaurants all have been done to the highest standards. However the accommodation rooms have not been done to the same standards. The toilet in my room faced a wall , leaving my knees hard against a wall when I sat on it . The shower outlet was at shoulder level , meaning I had to get on my knees to was my hair. The towels were placed in a broken cupboard above the fridge. Nowhere near the shower . The windows did not the the views I was...
"Our stay was very nice. The cottage is cosy and homy. But the temperature in the bathroom was really cold. The diversity of the birds in the garden was incredible. Its a nice place for hiking in the blue mountains "
"Pretty complete in terms of facilities and amenities. The fireplace is a great touch, bathroom was beautiful and even board/card games are in supply! We made use of the tennis courts too. A fantastic picturesque view of the mountain areas from the cabins complete its features.

"Sipha and John are excellent hosts, Katoomba Manor is luxury away from the stress of the city. The total atmosphere is warm and relaxing and the hosts are gracious friendly and very accommodating. The cooked breakfast is delicious and filling. We have no problems recommending a weekend stay here and will return again in the near future. 5 stars......."
