"Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotlessly clean and welcoming. Location was perfect, easy walking distance to bus station, city center, City Hall, local pubs, supermarket, transportation. Our initial room was on 1st floor without a good view, front desk staff immediately relocated us when I requested an exterior facing room for our 4 day stay. Would stay here again "

We were not disappointed as we really enjoyed our stay. "Good size room, comfy bed, black out curtains in historic building across street from Titanic Belfast exhibit. Didn’t like the dark hallways and lack of countertops in bathroom. Beautiful bar area and restaurant. "
