"A nice centrally located hotel in Olomouc. Good sized rooms, comfortable beds, hot shower, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, parking (although you have to pay), good wifi, modern decor. Only complaint would be that the extractor fans in the bathroom were very loud and continued automatically for some time after the light is turned off. Not only is it loud in the room, but you can hear the fan clearly from the next room too. Would be better if the fans in these rooms could be turned off with...
"The property is pretty awesome. I loved the design with the alternative lighting and real engineered wood floors in the rooms. The breakfast was excellent as well. Overall, really liked it!"
"Very nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Great shower! Minimalist design but really liked that. Suggestion. Perhaps a dedicated space for computer and printer for guests to print boarding passes or tickets to exhibits, shows etc."
"The suite on the 10th floor was very comfortable. Location across from the train station worked well for a one-night stay; the Olomouc square area was a doable walk, or short car ride away. Breakfast was lavish."
"The room was fine
Checking in and out was difficult because it is all automated and the machine didn't work very well
We had to send a message to check out because the machine didn't recognize our booking information.
It is very convenient being close to a tram stop and the train station"
"Hotel is very nice and comfortable, very nice SPA, but the service in the restaurant not so good (food with no flavor, nearly hour waiting for dinner, water with spoiled fruit), no parking and in the morning we didn’t have water in shower. Very pity because the hotel is really nice."
