"The views from everywhere in this hotel are undeniably beautiful. However, the rooms and general upkeep are mediocre at best. The food is absolutely horrendous and overpriced. At this price point, we expected much better. Would not recommend."

However on arrival we were informed the pool, sea swimming and the dive centre were closed all of which open on 1st June as listed under the “services subsection” of the website. "Das Frühstück war solide. Das Abendessen gab sehr viel Auswahl. Super Sportangebot. Schöne Gartenanlage und sichere Anlage. Ich habe nicht verstanden warum man 2 Euro für Handtücher bezahlen muss… in anderen Hotels gehört das zum Standard. "

"The location of the property was great but the room wasn’t very clean with dust bunnies and dead bugs. The property claims to have a 24 hr bus shuttle to and from the Catania airport but it doesn’t exist. You have to call a taxi to get to the airport. There was only a thin sheet on the bed so I had to use towels for additional warmth. "
