"Good location for exploring Copenhagen, bus stops right outside the hotel and metro a short walk away. Breakfast was good, room compact, bed comfy. The big issue for me was the noise from the lifts. Initially we were in a room right next to the lifts. The noise kept me awake most of the night. I asked to be moved and was given a room opposite the lifts which I turned down straight away. The room also lacks basic amenities such as a simple water kettle and refrigerator, which is difficult to understand at this price point. The service is equally disappointing. No one offered to help with our luggage upon arrival; the staff...
