"We had a studio suite, which was fantastic. Large seating area, huge bed, lovely bedding, jetted bath, huge walk in shower, 2 big screen smart TVs, shared patio area (5th floor, views over river and town). 2 complimentary bottles of water (free filtered dispenser and coffee/tea station in lobby) and plate of welcome cookies. "This was one of my favorite hotel stays ever. Our room was so comfortable and beautiful, and falling asleep to the sound of the river was a magical way to experience this area. I especially enjoyed how lovely the front desk staff (Milene and Enzo) were and Escarlet’s delicious cooking and wonderful service."

"Room was clean, the staff was amazing, we have 3 kids, they had a little hard time adjusting to the altitude, we had arrived earlier but check-in was not till @12, Roger the manager and his stuff had problem letting us go to our room to rest, Julian was also amazing always helping us for breakfast and anything we needed it, love the place and the staff, definitely will be back, such a great experience!!"
