"I loved how it away from the city and the peace it has just from the outside! Amazing customer service the reception worker Francis was amazing took care of me and made everything possible for things to work out would come back there in a blink of an eye one of the best I’ve been to! Breakfast was amazing service was 10/10 no complaints "

"WE have stayed here a couple of times. The hotel is modern and comfortable. There is also a Spa which seems to be very popular. There is a lively scene in the bar and restaurants which seemed to be used a lot by locals . It is south of Brussels and about a 40 min drive to the airport depending on traffic."

"Fantastic hotel with excellent, friendly staff on reception. Rooms are new and modern with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Air conditioning a 7/10. Better than many European hotels but although it shows capable of being set at 16 C it can’t do it, will go no cooler than 19 C only. As others have mentioned on their reviews the hotel car park is exceptionally difficult to find. I think future guests would benefit from a detailed guide on here how to find the car park (Martin’s Agora, although Grand Place is also nearby and cheaper). The road system in this city is underground so Waze etc isn’t fully functional, which doesn’t help either. The road system doesn’t help at all with finding the hotel & whoever designed it should never design another road again! However overall because the hotel is exceptional and now I know how to get to the car park, I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m in the area."
