"We have had so much support on this trip, starting from a drive from Halong Bay to Royal Palace Hotel and back again. The communication was fantastic. We were warmly greeted by Sullie with tea and cookies. We were informed of all the tour places that were close. When we got into our rooms they were beautiful, clean and cool. "

Anna and Mia will help you book excursions and the rooms are clean, spacious and quiet. Easy walk into the heart of the Old Quarter, which is just steps away. We stayed 3 different nights in between trips out of town and it worked out great; they stored our bags and always made sure we made our connections to Sapa, Halong Bay and the airport without any problems. I highly recommend!"
