"First time ever four star hotel and the restaurant is not open fot hotel quests! Couple table were reserved but we have to drive next town to have a dinner with four children. Then breakfast: they advertise children stay free, but the breakfast was 19€ per child or adult. "

"Our stay was great but room was hot not possible to leave Windows open, due to rain coming inside room. The area has things to offer for sightseeing but 1 full day would have been enough to explore anything near by. "

"Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist extrem schön eingerichtet. Tolle Mischung aus traditionellem Erzgebirge Charme und Moderne.
