"Great location! "

"Location was close to public transportation. Construction happening everyday and hallways were noisy. Beds were uncomfortable but the Staff was nice. We had to move rooms because of our A/C not working correctly and almost had to move twice because of the same issue during our four days stay. For the price, it could have been better. "

"Very modern, clean, comfortable and convenient. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet for the money. Definitely recommend. We wanted to be near the cruise terminal. A quick taxi ride away. Booked a deluxe suite with separate living area. Large bedroom with a very comfortable king bed (2 twins together). Lot of amenities."

"It was a great place to stay, I feel the only thing that disappointed us was as a guest you still had to pay for the subbed by the pool. The 40 euro per lounger entitled you to tacos and two drinks but this did not justify the price. The wine measures were small and if you went two days running the menu was not a great it was very small and not great for my son. The pool was great and the staff were great but it was an expense that did not deliver! X"

"We had to call 2 or 3 times for things that should have been done during daily housekeeping …clean towels, coffee. Room was a strange design…open bathroom with toilet in a glass enclosure….see thru! Big room but Very strange layout! Shower leaked onto floor badly…we reported it and they said it had been reported before. "

"Room and inside the hotel was updated and clean. Staff were friendly and polite. Buffet breakfast was good. Hotel location was close to the action but just outside the hustle and bustle. The area outside the hotel at the corner was smelly."

"We stayed for two nights and could recommend. Warm welcome on arrival. The only issues we had was the water tea and coffee in the room were none existent. The housekeeper did not put any in. We couldn't find the telephone number for housekeeping or reception. The wifi was good. Used the terrace but not the jacuzzi. Nice area to relax after a long journey. Breakfast was very good continental lots of choice. Hotel is reasonably placed with access to lots of restaurants and shops. Only a short walk...

"1)Certain staff members were extremely helpful such as the bellman and the Terrace cafe staff. 2) Did not find the front desk to be customer friendly. 3) Did not even have a small breakfast selection on the Terrace menu for customers who did not desire the breakfast menu. 4) No complimentary bottled water 5). No wash cloths (face cloths)."

"The Olivia plaza hotel was beautiful, it was in a great location, easily walkable to all main sites. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a room with a balcony that overlooked placa catalunya that was great to sit out on! We highly recommend the Olivia plaza hotel! "

"Great hotel for family. Really good location with restaurants / mini supermarket, bus/ metro right there, etc. Staff at hotel was GREAT!! Now rooftop did seem to get booked up for private events on both our weekend nights there and staff seem to not like a "family" coming up to for meals so we took the que and went elsewhere. Sad as we would have liked to enjoy the views from there while dining (mainly the hostess). "

"Very good hotel. The only “issue” was our windows were so filthy, they were barely able to see through. No pictures from your window. We paid for a view, although not full view, we should be able to see good out the window. Other than that, it was wonderful. Staff were great, location is perfect with many places to have lunch and dinner"
