"Based on past experience with Sokos Hotels, we expected a bit better. The room was not properly cleaned -- mirrors were smudged, long hairs stuck to the walls. Cleaning staff left multiple supply carts blocking the already very narrow hallways. Breakfast was ok, but just not up to the standard we have seen previously at other Sokos properties. We won't be as quick to book with Sokos in the future."
