"The hotel was good. There's a lot of construction at the moment across the street (where our window opened out to) and so that is quite loud. They couldn't give us two room keys at check in because they had no extra keys and that made our first day very difficult (one must have a key to turn on lights in the room but my companion wanted to go out in the evening and with only one key, I was left in the dark). We managed to get another room key the next day when they replenished their key cards."

"On arrival, greeted with friendly, efficient service. As it was early morning, we had a few hours sleep then had a lovely breakfast downstairs, before setting off to Milan to see the sights. Our trip was planned to perfection by Alessandro, and the same again the day after to visit the beautiful Lake Como. Nothing was too much trouble for this guy, and helped us tremendously with advice concerning where to go and travelling on trains etc. Overall, we had a great 3 day city break. Thanks...

"Lovely classic hotel but the service lacks. Two attempts to fix a noisy bathroom fan both failed, no apology and theres a lack of good customer service generally. Some staff are polite and friendly others can’t raise a smile. Hot breakfast items were poor and stone cold, other breakfast items very good. Easily rectified issues but can they be bothered? "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Rosa. The staff we extremely helpful, providing excellent tips for dinner and even booking tables for us. All of which were within a 10 minute walk. They even went above and beyond by helping me print tickets for an event. The room, for a family of 4, had a spacious layout and the view was very impressive. The breakfast buffet was excellent, more than meeting our expectations. "

"We have stayed at this Hotel a few times & is very comfortable. Various rooms to choose from depending on your budget. A lot of up dates have taken place, adding a beach area. In the center of town where numerous restaurants are available but do a search to find the right ones. "
