"The staff was truly amazing-Elena at the front desk, Spyros at dinner and the entire crew made us feel special. They helped us up the stairs with our luggage and made a special table for us at dinner under the bougainvillea tree. The dinner was amazing, one of the best we've had in Greece. The early morning taxi to the airport with Theodore was punctual and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again when in Rethymno!"

"It was a great spread for breakfast which was included with our reservation: coffee, orange juice, toast with butter, jam and hazelnut spread, omelette with your choice of toppings and a bowl of fresh fruit. The hostess was very helpful in explaining where we could park our car for free nearby. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for a one night stay."

"Beautiful large room, very clean, really good breakfast with large variety of food on offer, nice pool, close to beach. Close to shops and some lovely restaurants. About 20 min stroll into old town. Close to turtle beaches. In the large room there was both overhead and hand showers and a jacuzzi bath. Lovely friendly and welcoming staff. Just fabulous. Would definitely stay there again. "

"This hotel was one of our favorites over our 3 week holiday on Crete. Many other reviewers commented on the lack of parking so we proactively reached out to the hotel to get recommendations on where to park. There is a free lot about 100 meters from the hotel. It's a gravel lot, but it did the job. There is a small pull out where you can drop your luggage quickly before you move the car. From the reception to the wait staff this hotel was on point. "Nice, quiet and clean comfortable stay. The breakfast was good. We got twin bed when requested for double, they added a nice thick topper. Very helpful staff. And added bonus as they gave us free olive oil gift as well as Easter gift hamper. Just a note to remember that you get water only on your arrival then you need to get your own. "
