The food is well labelled for dietary issues although there wasn’t a big choice of dairy free food, particularly in desserts and day time snacks. "The older lady on reception was very helpful and gave us our requested room. We would have marked higher but some of the new staff are letting the hotel down. Having stayed at the hotel lasy year the staff we are familiar with are still very friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast service is efficent and organised. Loved our holiday but at times there was a strange atmosphere."

"Nice location, bit of an uphill walk to local bus stop, regular busses for 1.50 Euros into town or up to Coral bay,also shuttle bus available am & pm from Hotel to Harbour / town Car hire a good option here as a bit out the town. Food good, all inclusive food and drinks make it good value. Would go back again."

"The 2 males at reception (from SA and Scotland) were very friendly and hlepful. Anna was very rude and unhelpful. I overheard her telling guests that there is no wifi at the pool area, when there was. Rooms very comfortable and equipped well with lovely soft towels. "We were the first checked in after they refined and reopened. Even though still unfinished refining… Was excellent service from all of staffs. Really enjoyed staying,all smiling faces especially Katerina, Alex, Aristos,Roshan,Andrea…Agatha..pool attendants..all were very diligent and organized workers..and sorry can’t remember all staff’s name. First impression of Cyprus is really unforgettable. Would really love to stay if our holiday in Cyprus again. Hopefully more warmer weather...

"A wonderful place to stay. From the friendly check in staff to the staff around the facility, everyone was helpful. The dining options are wonderful, with a full breakfast buffet to delicious meals in the restaurant. The pool is clean and beautiful and the beach offers beautiful sunset views. There is also a nice walkway on the beach to go into old Paphos or you can easily walk to the main road for shopping and other venues. We will be back."
