"Disappointing stay. The 2 out of 3 elevators didn’t work the whole 5 nights that we were there, including 0 elevators working one night. AC in our room was rubbish. We were staying there for our wedding - no gesture from the hotel. The morning of our wedding, at 6 am, false fire alarm goes off - again no gesture from the hotel. Even at the checkout the staff didn’t ask us if everything went well. Definitely not a 4 star hotel experience."

"Hotel itself was lovely, modern and clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room , booked for a family of 4 was very cramped and not really accommodating for 4. A family of 3 yes, but way too small for 4. We had a double bed, single sofa bed and mattress on the floor all in a standard double room. Room wasn’t very modern in comparison to the hotel. Separate toilet from bathroom which is always great. However, not really a comfortable stay for 4 , very cramped and uncomfortable. "

"Pleasant hotel but, sadly, not the standard you would expect from a 4 * hotel. Our superior room had a bathroom door that was completely rotted and although this was pointed out to the staff they did nothing about it. The bathroom also had a smell and chipped tiles. We had 2 meals at dinner and the food was excellent! Handy location for the airport which was not too far away.
