"Overall experience was great! The staff were very responsive, accommodating to my requests and pleasant to talk to. My only suggestion for consideration: the place should have in house phones. While in my room, I had to use my own phone from abroad and reception was bad. So I had to go out of my room to the reception desk and ask for something that could have been handled simply over the phone."

"Fell short of our expectation. Overly priced for the poor facilities. Food is terrible and overly priced. Rooms are rundown. Lots of mosquitoes and the pool is not that clean. The beach area has goats and dogs roaming around. I will definitely not recommend this hotel unless they improve."
