"Staff in the check in counter were extremely rude when checking in. Had to go to check in counter again on another day and they were still not friendly and not helpful. On the contrary the staff in the dining area was friendly. Overall, the facility is clean and well maintained."

"飯店整體環境還算整潔，飯店位置交通便利，離國際商貿城很近，購物方便。唯飯店緊鄰馬路，入夜後仍聽得見車輛行駛的聲音，清晨還有清潔人員收路邊境圾桶的噪音。在餐飲部分，個人覺得菜色多樣化是一大優點，選擇的樣式頗多，但由於房客用餐時間集中時，座位不夠是一大缺失，必須等候其他住戶用完膳後才有空位。"

"Property location is exceptional for food after a long day of work. Property is outdated and needs urgent renovation. Have been visiting for several years and always book the best room type, but rooms are getting older and used. AC was not working and noise from the street in floor 18 was vey high still due to the poor quality of the windows."
