"Their staff were excellent. Nina helped us to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs upon check-in. Vlatka assisted us in check-out and offered to help us with the luggage. Vlatka was very patient and highly professional in explaining the problems with the wifi in our room. She was able to get technical help the next day to fix it. She also assisted me in paying for the car parking. It was very pleasant stay because of the staff. Be aware that the suites are inside a 19th century building which...

"The hotel is beautifully located and the Rox Suite in particular has magnificent views. We weren't told until after booking that the restaurant was unavailable during our stay due to a private function which was disappointing. Also the pool needs a bit of work as tiles are falling off."
