Der Automaten Check In hat Probleme mit Umlauten die telefonisch gelöst wurden. Klima-Anlage ist schlecht und laut. Kühlt nur nachts mit Austausch mit kühler Umgebungsluft. "This was a very basic "hotel". The first room I was put in was pretty bad and looked as though it had not been decorated since the 1980's. There are not blackout curtains on any of the windows so be prepared to have the sun come blasting in at 6 AM. The beds feels like something you would have slept on in sleep away camp when you were a child. I was so disappointed with my room that I begged to be moved to anything better the second and remaining nights. They moved me to a "comfort" room which...

"We were looking to visit the Appenzell/St. Gallen region, combined with a visit at the Säntispark for the kids. Couldn’t pick a better place - the water park entrance is included in the room price and you get your bracelets at the hotel - no line up! Great breakfast and great service. "

"We booked a deluxe lake view room. The view was amazing but the room was so small that it didn’t have 2 night stands. It was like a $50 a night Econolodge off a highway. There is no air conditioning and it was very warm. We tried to open the windows but bugs immediately flew in. Breakfast was good and the pool and spa area are top notch. Overall it was overpriced and definitely not 4 stars. "
