Special dining in the club was an interesting concept, but poorly explained by the wait staff. Dinner lasted 3-1/2 hours. Too long."
"The hotel is in a good location for the old town and transport connections. It is well maintained and the staff are polite and helpful.
The only negative is that I would expect a refrigerator in the room for the price you pay."
"اجراءات الدخول كانت سهلة جدا كما تم اضافة سرير اضافي داخل الغرفة بدون ان اتقدم بطلب لاني ذكرت في الحجز عدد النزلاء ٣ لكن للاسف لا تتوفر غرف متصلة لكن الغرف جميلة وحديثة وواسعة جدا جدا ، تجربة الافطار رائعة جدا كما يوفر الفندق خدمة ايجار الدراجات الهوائية و يمكن التجول بها لمدة يوم كامل وتوجد قرية قريبة من الفندق طبعا الفندق يقع مسافة ٢٠ دقيقة او ٢٥ دقيقة الى روتردام ويوفر الفندق مواقف مجانية. لم الاحظ وجود بقالات مقاهي او مطاعم قريبة من الفندق."

Jammer dat we 30 minuten moesten wachten op kamer zat niet bij de prijs in dit was dus skecht.
Over het ontbijt heb ik klachten ingediend, dit was zeer slecht geregeld, 3 dagen lege bakken, geen tomaten, geen bacon, geen crumbel ei, niet gare worstjes weinig keuze v.w.b. vleeswaren. Zeer slecht."
"The hotel is undergoing renovations, which were not stated prior to arrival. The room I was assigned was tatty and needing updating, and was not to the usual standard of room I have stayed in previously at this hotel. The renovations are bothersome, with the corridors covered in plastic sheeting including debris, and noise from the building works."
