"I would give them 5/5 with the only reason being was that the A/C didn’t work. Room stayed hot despite multiple requests to have the issue addressed. Super convenient to the Ferrari museum but not really anything else. Hands down the best breakfast in the entire hotel world! Bed was comfortable, shower was clean, property is safe and easy parking which is rare in Italy."

"Very disappointing – nowhere near four-star standards I was thoroughly unimpressed with my stay at the Best Western Modena Resort. For a hotel claiming to be four-star, the experience was frankly dreadful. The biggest issue was the unbearable room temperature. Despite outdoor temperatures reaching 22°C, the heating was blasting away, making the room incredibly uncomfortable. "we enjoyed staying in the area and had a wonderful experience at the Ferrari Museum the next morning! Thank you!"

"Charming place, comfortable, clean, staff amazing. Worth each cent and each second in this Hotel."
