"The receptionist Simona was amazing in enabling us to check in earlier than the check in time as per our email request. Even on check out the lady at the reception on the day was helpful in enabling us to check out a bit later than the usual check out time. I would highly recommend this hotel for the warm reception we got from the staff and it felt safe staying at the hotel."

At night as I enter the elevator via a dark corridor two man tried to stop the elevator and enter. I felt very uneasy. No staff was around. I got off the elevator once they enter. Again no security."
