"This is a legitimate 2-star hotel. Whoever qualified it for a 4-star hotel made a joke. To start with, there is no refrigerator in the room. Not even a tiny one. The bedding is another joke. A pillow is about 3 cm (a little over an inch) thick, with nothing but lumps inside. I had to ask for 2 more pillows to get it to be of any neck support. I also had to ask for additional 2 blankets as the one provided was too thin. I had to use one of the blankets to cover the pillow stack so that I don’t feel the lumps. In the bathroom: no body lotion provided. No conditioner for after shampoo use. The single container in the shower says: Hand, hair, and body wash. Same container by the sink. No shower cap or vanity kit. The overall look of the room—shabby. Avoid by all means. "

"My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Savoy hotel for a week and enjoyed every moment of our visit. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding staff—everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Every request we made was handled promptly, efficiently, and always with a gracious smile. We extend our special thanks to Charles, Valentina, and Katrin for their kindness and warmth, as well as to the breakfast ladies—unfortunately, we did not catch their names. "The rooms was clean and they setup the sofa bed in the living room which was great and very thoughtful with towels etc. Perfect for Family."

"The building is amazing and has lots of parking places. the rooms and fitness facilities are a little bit outdated. But what I didn’t enjoy was the dinner experience, it took the waitress 30 minutes just to give me a menu and it seemed like she was paying more attention to French speaking customers and none to non French speakers. For the price I expected a better service"
