"We had a very positive experience at the Welcome Hotel. It is in a perfect location, just take an elevator across the street to get to the beautiful Old Town area. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Kristen Thiele, were all friendly and helpful. Kristen went out of her way to help us with the train scheduling. The included breakfast was wonderful. Our only complaint was that the shower was very small. Overall, a great hotel and we would definitely stay there again."

"Das Hotel ist nicht veraltet, sondern in positivem Sinne altehrwürdig. Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem tollen Wellness-Bereich. Mein Zimmer war groß und gemütlich und der junge Mann an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Was ärgerlich war: Am Tag des Checkouts wurde mein Zimmer bereits vor meinem Checkout gereinigt und meine restlichen Sachen an der Rezeption hinterlegt. Unangenehm… "

To comfirm the bed is twin, separable, I called the hotel before we booked online. The lady staff confirmed the bed is a twin separable bed without extra cost. Unprofessional service. The night we checked in. There is an man didn't know the hotel at all. It took him 30m to find our room with a separable bed in there. Fraudulent hotel When we checked out....

"Friendly staff, great breakfast. The hotel was fine, but a bit ran down considering the price tag. The parking at the hotel is not included in the room price and costs 5 EUR / day. There's free parking on the street, but you will have to walk a couple of blocks."
